The process itself was extremely long. It consisted of two phone interviews (both lasting around 20 minutes). Then a 2 hour interview "day", which consisted of interviewing with about 5 different people at different times, shadowing (which when I did so, the girl basically told me to not work there because she hated her job and was already looking for something else), and taking a personality test. Throughout this whole process they seemed to really like me and really sold me on how they thought it would be a good fit. At the end of the day, they told me if I was really serious about working at NCSA and I felt like it would be a good fit that I would have a "homework assignment". That night the recruiter sent me audio clips of calls that I had to study. The next day I had to continue calling two different recruiters to show my level of commitment. Basically I called 30 times throughout the day before they answered then had to pretend to pitch and sell the recruiter as a Scout Coordinator. The call lasted 20 minutes and I was told I did an awesome job and that I would hear from someone within a few days. After not hearing anything for a week, I emailed the recruiter to ask if he needed anything else or if they had any news on the position. To this day I still have not received a response -- extremely unprofessional and rude. I am personally happy that I am not working for a company such as NCSA who doesn't have the respect for potential employees or candidates -- I mean at least send me an email saying you went ahead with another candidate so I know. Extreme waste of time and I wish I hadn't wasted 3 weeks of my job search on such an unprofessional company. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Long interview process. Couple phone interviews and an one in person. Place feels like a call center when you walk through it but a lot of the people working there seemed young and energetic.
