I applied online via a job posting site and was contacted shortly after via e-mail. The interview was scheduled for with a week after first contact and was to be over the phone. The call was no longer than 20 minutes with the hiring manager I spoke to. Aside from questioning and pleasantries the interviewer explained in greater detail what the company does and how they do it. The manager also answered my questions satisfactorily and provided immediate feedback right before we ended the phone interview.
