I talked to three people, Two from Contract, on from HR. They were short interviews. There were a couple interviews over a couple days. I was the one that initiated the interview.

It is phone interview. The interviewer let you talk about yourself. He basically wanted to know what are you doing and how can your skill be applied to the job requirement. And said will get back with the result but never heard anything back.
