They visited our university for a pre-employment exam for graduating students. Then they will send a text message and email if ever you pass the exam inviting you for a technical interview.
Very long process
First is HR interview then technical interview
After that is an aptitutde exam done on site
After that is the final interview then the job offer
The interview process is longer than average
I applied online through an employment website. I had a technical interview via phone call 3 weeks later. The interview was very straight to the point and quick, like more or less than 5 minutes duration.

Three steps.
First was exams, this includes logic and programming questions
Second was HR and Technical Interview, the technical interview was focused on Data Structures
Third was the Head of HR and Senior/Manager.
