2 technical interviews with senior consultants to see if I know the stuff etc . And if I can communicate well.
One of the senior consultants had actually presented me with the client requirement doco and ask me how will inimplement the solution . I was able to tell them the solution design and implementation process verbally and thy were pretty okay.
