The interview at Rave technologies consisted of 2 Telephonic and 1 F2F interview. All rounds of interview was mostly around present job profile and more on the side of Process Flow. Company was more looking for technical understanding along with the normal pre sales activity.
One can expect almost 5-6 RFP per month. The work load would be on the higher side and there will be more coordination activity.
The company is not at all good pay master. Despite knowing my current salary they were not ready to give even 1% hike :(
