The hiring process consisted of a first panel interview of 3 people that discussed what the company is about and what they are looking for, and they ask you what skills you bring to the company and how you see yourself being a good fit here.
Then if selected, a second interview occurs and you speak 1 on 1 with the superintendent about why you want to work here and what you will be doing.
Then if selected, the job is offered.
