I was contacted by the HR department through careerbuilder.com to participate in their hiring event. They gave me a typing test, excel test, and math test. I passed them all. I was called back for a panel interview a week later. Drug test and background check was next. After that i was given a start date. They gave an in depth training session which lasted a week. It was fun and interactive. It really prepared us for the real stuff that followed.

Mostly just a negotiation of pay and schedule, they are going to try and get you to commit to either working a weekend day or working a mid-night shift such as 10-7, 11-8, 12-9
