The process begun with a call from hr department, afterward a technical interview. The interview went very well, but unless the referal letters(that I had) the above company called previous employers to ask them different strange things....So they rejected me without any special reason, and without taking into consideration the very good impact of the technical interview. They don't have judjement for example put a test to the candidate. A very bad old school company with gossipy motivation.
