Was quite abrupt in the approach so felt very uneasy and knocked my confidence. The way question were being asked I thought were quite rude. Not a pleasant experience and felt quite offputting.

Was good, chatty, easy and friendly. Was relaxed and no pressure when being asked the question. I was head hunted though so maybe this made the process a lot easier I’m unsure
