It was a phone interview. Overall It was pretty simple! They ask more about you, and verify all the info you provided. They want to know if you will be ready to do what is required , for which I replied enthusiastically ! She was very polite.

Very short telephone interview for a part-time position, assessed motivational fit and a brief self-reflection. The interview was less than 10 minutes long, and came about 30 minutes after I had submitted an application.

Entrevista
Telephone interview then invited for an assessment a few days later where I was in the stockroom and sales floor. Also spoke with the manager and asked me general questions to get to know me a bit better.
Someone phoned me and asked me a few questions about my prior experience and what I know about Next as a company, was very friendly and overall a good experience. I was then invited to a practical assessment.
