Applied online, had interview a week or so after closing date. Group interview but all worked individually. Had to dress a group of 3 mannequins to a collection of my choice from shop floor then explain why I'd chosen those outfits etc. There was no formal sit down interview, instead we chatted to interviewer throughout the task then sat down afterwards as a group to discuss the job role. Enjoyable experience. Was called about 4 days later to say I had got the position.
