The day started with some group work and discussions about the company, the brand and what we knew about Next. It was a half day process - a bit like a work trial. Following this, we did some real work - answering an email and then we used the telephones and resolved a query. This was followed by a discussion with a gentle "interview" with a departmental manager. We were rewarded with a Next gift voucher.

Very simple. Informed me about the job id applied for and ask roughly 3 questions about myself and experience. Rest was availability. Then offered a face to face interview. This consists of Phone task, email task and a face to face interview which overran last 2hrs and 45min
