Was a group interview, friendly staff and fair process, a bit of pressure on appearance which is fully understandable as Next prides itself on customer service, dress the part and be confident in your look!

Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
Typical customer service questions. Explain a time you helped someone, working as a team, working independently, tell me a little bit about yourself. What are kpis. What is good customer service
