They called me almost out of the blue one morning for a very friendly conversation and to set up a meet and greet. When I came to the office I had to take an assessment test on what I knew about the NFL and its history, this by far was the toughest part. After the test the interview commenced and it was just like any other job interview.
HireVue interview, basic questions about your background and experience, questions regarding the specific role and motivations for wanting to join this organization. Seven questions, 30sec prep, 3minute max answers, one attempt at each.

I first had a video interview where I recorded my responses to questions and then about a week later I had a zoom interview with the hiring managers. Overall a very smooth process.
