Interview with HR - then three additional 1-1 interviews with hiring manager, VP and another Director I'd work closely with. All interviews went great. Last interview was a Friday, heard back from HR on that following Monday saying they loved me and they think I'd be a great fit, but they selected an internal candidate. She also said it's almost impossible to beat out an internal candidate (I wasn't aware they were interviewing anyone internally). I was offered a long-term contract position, however she told me it was less pay, less PTO, less benefits, no relocation and no guarantee to be hired on full-time. I shared with them that I couldn't move across the country and go all-in on them if they couldn't put their eggs in my basket and go all-in on me with a full-time role.

The interview process was fair. You had your choice of three different departments. If any of the departments saw a fit, they would have two managers reach out and conduct an interview; if you made it past that, another higher up manager will interview you, and a final decision will be made. In my case, I had interviews with two different departments, Digital Media and Marketing. I had three phone interviews with marketing, and one for digital media. I had accepted an offer for marketing once it was given, and I alerted the digital media department.
