TL;DR - if you've already put in an application, I'd recommend withdrawing. I'd worry about managers pushing boundaries and being disrespectful to my time and space, if I worked here.
This company's interview process was objectively one of the most frustrating I've ever experienced. I've never felt more disrespected as an interview candidate than I've felt by NFP's leadership and recruiting team. They told me that the interview process involved a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, and stakeholder interviews to finish off. Pretty simple, right? That's what you'd think, but they continued to add more virtual and in-person meetings along the way, citing sudden necessity. This led the interview process to drag on for over 3 months. Their recruiters and leadership will ghost you when you're the one following up, but when they need you, they'll call and even text your personal phone number (this felt very uncomfy and invasive) to convince you that you're doing well in the process and goad you to continue to jump through their hoops.

The interview questions themselves were very basic behavioral questions - 2/5 on difficulty scale. It was the interview process itself that dragged on unnecessarily.
