I've never had a more unprofessional interview experience. They reached out for an interview and my availability, I give them 2 weeks of availability, I followed up no reply, then they email me on the LAST day at 6am and schedule an interview same day at the beginning of my availability. I did not confirm and they told me I missed it (to be fair I was not good at checking my emails at the time) but I think its respectful to give the candidate some time to confirm and prepare? They allowed me to reschedule, and they do the same thing of scheduling an interview same day... Interview itself wasn't difficult. Pretty laid back. Then they ghosted me... Just an overrall, unpleasant experience.
