The process began with an HR phone call, followed by two and a half hours of onsite interviews. I was originally told there would only be one onsite interview, but after the first one concluded, another person showed up and interviewed me as well. The first interviewer was nice. The second interviewer actively questioned everything I said or did to the point where I felt like he was just trying to make me look stupid. I have done dozens of interviews and understand that critical thinking and decision-making must be tested, but this was something else entirely. Eventually, he got bored and started scrolling through his phone.
