Online/virtual. With one member of the HCA recruitment / coordinating team. The interview lasted around 15 minutes, and was structured more as an informal conversation. Primarily to gain an understand of the type of person I was and why I wished to work in healthcare.

it was ok, little intimidating but ok once past the maths and english tests. then if you passed them you get to the formal interview. interview was fairly easy, just be yourself and honest.
