I applied for the job online and received an offer for interview within a week. My interview was booked for 8 days after. The job was part of the Powys Teaching Health Board based in Llanishen. I was greeted by a member of staff who was very friendly, she showed me to a back room where I completed a very simple 2 part Excel test. The interview was great, I was interviewed by a manager and another member of staff. It was a simple interview based around administration and organisation.

the interview panel are looking into getting a laptop to conduct a teams meeting.. The position is health record clerk.. Communication skills is important. To be responsible for ensuring patient records are updated accurately, receiving and dispatching notes, making and re-arranging appointments for patients along with other duties to ensure that the department meets all customer and patient services.
