It was straight forward and mainly competency based. Some questions were difficult and challenging but I was able to answer as normal and by linking to my work based experience. The interview was conducted by two panel members. There are also times when you have to do a presentation but I was not asked to do so.

Group exercise with a number of tasks the whole group had to say how they would go about doing them in a set time. We then had to prepare a feedback to the interviewers. The individual interview with 2 managers. Interview questions were standard for management asking to explain experience, skills and performance. The whole experience was very good
