A 30 minute interview with a panel of 3 interviewers at the hospital. Relaxed atmosphere, asked speculative questions and answered my questions about the role. Due to COVID I was unable to be shown around.

I applied online and was asked to come to the interview. The interview was mixture of scenario based, trust values and about team work etc. A week later I was offered the job by the phone. A week I got emails asking for email of my referees. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
