Applied online, received interview invitation about a week after closing date. About a week later had the interview for band 2 receptionist position held on Microsoft Teams with 2 panelists. Relatively relaxed, 5 questions, took about 20 minutes. Was asked follow up questions when answers didn't go far enough to address the question. Was informed a few days later that I wasn't first pick but that they'd keep me as a back up for 3 months.

there were 2-3 people asking questions and the interview lasted about 20 minutes there were a couple of situation questions they rang me to tell me the result the next day
