There was an Ecxel test then an interview with 3 people in a panel
They asked how I have dealt with a challenging situation & if I can work in a team and what are the trust values
The first stage is easy to clear and the second stage have 3 or 4 video questions, and you can prepare for those questions via chatgpt as well. The 2nd stage is timed you will get 2 mins for preparation and 2 mins to present yourself, it's fine to be nervous but make sure you talk about NHS values, NHS benefits to people.
