Total of 5 interviews. Despite completing the final interview and sending several follow-ups, I have not received any response from the recruiter, which gives the impression that I’ve been ghosted. Additionally, the peer interview raised some concerns. The conversation felt defensive, as if the interviewer was more focused on safeguarding their own position than evaluating potential collaboration or team fit.
