Interview went fine. Questions regarding your previous research experience and a brief introduction about the lab was given. Discussed about few techniques and how good you are. Checked the lab environment.
Friendly, Direct, Nice team.
Everything was explored in depth, from the work ethic to the skills and expectations, the length of the position.
Overall, it was pretty good, would be looking forward for such interviews

Referred through current employee. Set up phone interview through HR. Interviewed with federal supervisor and lab. Offered provisionally. Filled out application for contractor. interviewed by phone with HR department of contractor. Went through vetting process: drug test, fingerprinting, and past employment reference check.
