the principle investigator contacted me and invited me to have an on-site interview. I gave an oral presentation and met key persons one by one there. i had lunch with other fellows and had dinner with PIs.

The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.
