There was an initial call and then a scheduled phone interview with my would-be team that i would work with. There was also some emails and they asked for samples of my work.
Lots of steps and technical questions. Just prepare beforehand and you should be fine. 3 rounds of interviews with different levels of management. Overall, not bad just need to be knowledgeable about the role applying to.
1 on 1 interview with future manager. Standard behavioral questions followed with examples of me tackling projects in school. Definitely looking at more soft skills than my technical acumen. These are words to reach minimum
Contacted within a few weeks after application. Interviewed with team and head of the team. The whole process was done online. No highly technical questions only about my past experiences.
