Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela NIIT Limited (Dublin, Dublin) em fev. de 2019
Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter about the job and given a spec with the salary on it. I had an initial phone screen followed by a writing test. Both of these went well, so I moved to an in person interview at their Glasnevin Dublin location. When I arrived, I was fifteen minutes early. The receptionist tried to contact someone for ages, but no one really seemed to know who I was or why I was there. Forty-five (!) minutes later, after I'd nearly walked out, someone greeted me and did not apologize for any of this. I met with two people who seemed nice but not terribly happy with their jobs. They also didn't seem too interested in the company, and I went away feeling like I probably wouldn't take the job if offered due to the somber atmosphere and seemingly poor organization. I was told I would hear back in a few days, and I followed up (with 4 people) repeatedly. I ultimately never heard anything back, having fallen victim to the disgusting practice of employer ghosting. A company who cannot take the time to send a quick email to someone who has given so many hours of their time is really not a company worth working for. Additionally, I saw the same job listed for 10k less than the job spec claimed a few weeks later.
Easy interview but a terrible job. A contract that binds you for 2 years, unhelpful management and low salary raise. Haven't revised their basic pay in years and pay you way less than the efforts you put in.
