HR call - tech case interview - reject after two weeks and no feedback It is interesting that in the invitation they said they would provide feedback, but after two weeks just a cold rejection. I mailed the interviewer of my first round asking for feedback, also no reply. The interview is reading-intensive, I have dyslexia so for me it is very hard for me to read, I don’t understand if it’s case interview, why can’t it be something similar like McKinsey or BCG type that the interviewer orally describe the problem. There were also sql questions which were very trivial.

The process was fairly quick, a recruiter reached out to me. After talking to the recruiter, and then an interview with an associated, I was referred the company. I had an interview with Nike shortly after that.
