Group process. They asked questions and we went through the room with our answers. They asked about 7 questions. They were looking for sports words."team work", "discipline", so on and so forth.

Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.
