Applied online - had an employee reference. A call came about 2 weeks later for the interview. Interview was conducted within a group and asked situational questions (very relaxed).
Q's were similar to "tell me about a time you had to solve an issue, provide customer service, etc."
In all, they just want to get to know you

Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.

Had a live interview with 2 HR members, and 2 other interviewees. They asked 5 total questions that are all behavioral. The interview moved quickly and we took turns to answer questions.
