I was called and invited to come to the interview. When the interview came, it was in a group of 8 and we were often paired up with others to discuss questions. Out of my initial interview group, 4 were hired.

Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.

Had a live interview with 2 HR members, and 2 other interviewees. They asked 5 total questions that are all behavioral. The interview moved quickly and we took turns to answer questions.
