The application round takes 15 days. But the most thing requiring are ACCA and speaking, writing fluently in English. Then they call me to an interview round.
They don't use too much testing, just a conversation to know more your personality, your strength and weakness. Also, they ask you what thing you expect in your position

Very Conversational, very behavior based. Panel interview. C suite members and subordinates. It was quite a bear. Nike is desirable so it makes sense that it is difficult. Make sure you have an answer to every question under the sun.

Applied through a recruiter. Process took about a week & was shortlisted for a f2f interview. The hiring manager and their manager were present. They asked a lot of situational questions and were practically reading off their paper during the interview.

It was a pretty fast experience I was asked a simple slew of questions, nothing too hard and the interview was over. I did not receive a call back or another offer for an interview
