It was a virtual interview with five timed questions. The questions covered past work experiences and screened workplace behavior, problem-solving, etc. The entire process was conducted through email, there was no phone or face-to-face interaction until after accepting the offer.

It was a virtual interview and they inquired about past experiences
The process was very quick and simple. It’s wasn’t anything to stress over. Just be yourself. The questions asked were not challenging especially if you already have retail experience and answers will just come naturally. If you don’t have any retail experience, the questions asked are also simply related to everyday life

Entrevista
Virtual interview where you respond to questions with a video recording. Two attempts on video recordings. There is no human interaction on the interview or while using the platform. Received offer almost immediately after submitting
Everything is online so you just record videos to the questions. You get 3 minutes to record each answer and you can’t retake the video once. You don’t get to interview with a person thanks to the pandemic.
