Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela NINJIO em nov. de 2025
Entrevista
Before interviewing with an individual, Ninjio requires you to take a Sales Assessment from OMG (Objective Management Group). As a Sr. CSM with over 10 years of experience, the assessment is inappropriate for a CSM role. While Customer Success falls under the sales organization at most companies, the assessment is 90% geared to a sales executive who would be trying to close new business sales. Many of the questions do not pertain to a CSM, and there are no options to answer "N/A". Customer Success manages the account post sale and then handles renewals, upsells, adoption, value, etc etc etc. I was not chosen to move forward based on my answers to 3 questions on the assessment that had absolutely nothing to do with Customer Success. It is unfortunate that Ninjio would put so much weight on an assessment that doesn't have anything to do with CS and wouldn't even consider someone with extensive experience in the field.

Ninjio requires you to take a Sales Assessment from OMG (Objective Management Group) that has nothing to do with the role. I would advise Ninjio to reevaluate the assessment if they are truly looking for someone to fill a CSM role.
Just an introduction and was really simple plus informative. The company has good values and the culture seems like something that would be fitting for someone looking for a career
