The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn a couple of times before I responded. I then spoke to a hiring manager over the phone. Very interesting conversation on where the EV market was going. They then contacted me after a month and I spoke with another hiring manager who called me in for an on-site technical interview after about a week. The panel that interviewed me was very smart and knowledgable and very friendly and I had a great time chatting with all of them including the manager. I spoke with a total of 5 people and the questions alternated between technical and behavioral.
