A recruiter initially contacted me, expressing interest in my background and skills. After our initial conversation, the recruiter discussed my profile with the higher-ups to assess my potential fit for the role. Following their internal discussions, I was asked to check back for a follow-up interview to proceed further in the hiring process.

Entrevista
I was disappointed by the hiring process at NLP Logix, which is outsourced to a third-party company, Editech Staffing. Instead of focusing on experience and qualifications, candidates are required to take the Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test (a cognitive test that was created in 1939). While these tests may have some value, relying on such an outdated tool feels impersonal, especially when it comes at the expense of getting to know a candidates’ real capabilities. I would have preferred a more personalized approach that emphasizes individual strengths over a standardized numerical score.
