Met with the CEO for an intro call, then was assigned to build a complete CRUD app in Kotlin with tests and all. Spent a day building it, and then got GHOSTED! Literally not even a rejection email after I submitted a full functioning app for an interview. It’s on the border of wage theft. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful behaviour.
