They are looking for coach-ability if you don't have much sales experience. If you have sales experience, its a plus as long as you are not incompetent and you do your research on the company. Be able to express your ability to have empathy. A calm demeanor through zoom is always a plus.

Open and honest questions. Inquired about previous employment history. Asked why you are interested in this position. Interviewer was friendly and cooperatives. Phone call was a little late but still a great process.
