Received a random, out-of-state phone call from recruiter 2.5 months after I submitted my application. Recruiter purposefully has his mailbox full, forcing a candidate to communicate by limited ways. If I had a landline only, there would be no way to contact him. Spoke to recruiter for 10-15 minutes. All positive on my side. Recruiter sounded young, spoke ghetto and gave tech comments, while I explained past projects, that shows he doesn’t have a clue. He lied when saying the hiring manager moves fast for interviews. Not wasting my time with their interview testing (they’ll just steal your work - been there before).
