I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted via email to set up a phone screen. I had a 45 minutes phone screen and then was invited in to interview at their office. I was at their office for about an hour. I sent a thank you email, waited a week, and sent a follow up email. They said they would get back to me the day after my interview but over a week after my interview I still hadn't heard anything. They eventually got back to me and said they went with two other candidates.

Entrevista
Process was very quick. I met with another Developer who had hired three weeks earlier. The interview was very casual and we walked around the building while we spoke. We had a lot in common and had the same passion for development. She shared with me the company's vision and how they wanted to hire people who knew more than just WordPress. My knowledge of JavaScript was a huge bonus for them because they were interested in building single page applications.
