They were very Profesional and the process was straightforward. However it did not seem like there was a lot of room for creativity or upward mobility, they really just want people to create cookie cutter generic content.

This was a long process, and it included writing a sample lesson plan using pre-determined content. They were very friendly and gav e me a lot of feedback. We were not a good fit.
