It started with a phone call where they asked if I wanted to come in for an interview. Then the HR department contacted me for a meeting about the next steps in the process, what I could expect in terms of salary, and who I would be talking to. After that, I was contacted by the department manager of the team I would be working with, and I got more information about the position — what they were looking for from me, what I was interested in, and we had a good conversation about the job.

Half hour zoom screening asking basic questions about schoolwork curriculum, research, extra curricular involvement and personality screening questions.
2nd interview in person, 2 hour in depth discussion of experience and asked about 10 FE questions to be solved on a whiteboard without external information.
