Entrevista
After submitting a cover letter and resume, a Skype interview may or may not be offered where you will then gave days and times you would be available. Once the day and time is confirmed a 25-30 minute interview will take place.
The interview started with the interviewer asking what I know about NOVA- then proceeded to give me a brief introduction to NOVA. After that I was asked about my previous work experience, why I want to teach, and why in Japan.
After this I was asked to explain the difference between borrow and lend. And then did a role play which then concluded the interview.

Interviewed online from the US prior to the pandemic. It was only about 30-45 mins. The interviewer was friendly and informative and it was overall a good experience. I was offered a position 2 or 3 days later.

Online interview. A few normal questions and English language questions. Then talk about the company and yourself and briefly tell you how you’ll get started.
They also make sure you understand what you’re getting into and also agree to everything. They will explain how they are not flexible as well.
