An initial meeting with several staff and other applicants, where the staff spoke about the company and what they liked about it. We had a chance to speak and then some of us were called back to a second interview two weeks later. For the second interview, I was taken into a room with the program controller who asked me about myself and why I wanted to work in the job. A personable and charming individual who obviously thought the same of me and gave me the opportunity. He was honest about remuneration and hours.
