Inadequate to say the very least, didn’t spend any time at all understanding what was being said. Interviewer was just completing a checklist not actually listening to the answers that were given

Process:
The first interview was friendly and straightforward. We discussed real UX problems and I had the opportunity to learn more about the company’s culture and design approach. It felt like a genuine conversation about problem solving and collaboration.
I was then invited to a second, in-person interview at the Sydney office. However, when I arrived, I couldn’t reach the interviewer despite multiple calls. There was no communication from the interviewer that day, and it took about a week - after multiple followups with the hiring manager - to find out that the interview had actually been cancelled because my experience wasn’t considered the right fit for the role.
Overall Impression:
The first stage was positive and informative, but the lack of communication around the second interview was disappointing and wasted a lot of my time. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the NRMA as an employer and as an organisation.

Entrevista
The interviewer did not ask any behavioural questions and just kept on talking about the advertised role. Interview only lasted 15 minutes and 90% was just her talking. Overall, a very easy interview and seems like they were desperately looking for people to hire.
