They interview until there is an opening. You will meet with a recruiter first to understand skills and then with individuals that are assigned to projects you might be considered for when hired.
HR Call; manager call; director call.
Quite straightforward, they ask some business questions. You need to show your knowledge of the company. Not a hard process. I had calls and in person meetings.

First round was for around 30 minutes and i was asked to write a trigger on Account and Contact , also some apex level questions and Admin level. After that i was got the Manager level call and after that the offer
