Entrevista
The process starts with a coderpad phone interview. You are given two math problems and evaluated based on your solutions. The problems are pretty easy and any senior developer could crack it. The you are called for an onsite interview with the client.
That depends on who the client is.

The one I interviewed at asked basic programming skills, underlying working principle of many data structures and advanced math problems. Yes, coding was involved and you are not expected to run it, just to explain your thought process of arriving at a solution and why it is the best. Questions on complexity of the solution on the basis time and memory was also asked.
Someone from India has contacted me from NTT data (Canada) asking me about my T4 (tax statement) income, which was highly irregular and unprofessional. I have answered them telling them that it is not a measure of anyone's candidacy.

Entrevista
O processo pareceu promissor, as 2 primeiras entrevistas ocorreram na mesma semana que houve o contato, porém levaram 30 dias para dizer que as vagas para qual eu estava aplicando foram congeladas, no final é só mais uma empresa especializada em processo seletivo para banco de talentos, nada concreto infelizmente, não ponham suas esperanças.
